In these online courses, you will be introduced to the first five movements and several pillars of this special form of QiGong for women, developed by Daisy Lee and her teachers from Tibet, China and the West. We will joyfully and with ease allow our body to find new ways of feeling and expressing itself.
With a beautiful sequence of flowing movements, you will develop a pleasant and healthy flexibility. The release of blockages and stagnation from the body as well as from the emotions and the mind will generate feelings of joy and new found freedom.
In RADIANT LOTUS QIGONG FOR WOMEN, you will learn to let your breath run smoothly, long and deep. Through its direct influence on your nervous system, you can regulate many symptoms and functions of your mind and body.
Touching and cupping acupressure points allows vitalising life energy called Qi to flow through the body. The meridians, the body’s energy channels, are slowly being opened and activated.
I am happy to introduce you to a basic concept and a centering exercise with which you can constantly restore mental, physical and emotional balance and build up a stable lead energy.
All these strengthening gifts develop naturally over time through constant practice and are a helpful response in the many moments when we need support and balance.
